Code of Conduct

Orion's Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our responsible operations. It guides our daily work and the principles are the same for every Orion employee in each of our operating countries. We also expect our partners to operate in a responsible manner.

As a pharmaceutical company, responsibility and ethical considerations are at the core of our operations. We touch upon the lives of millions of people with our products. Trust is crucial to our success. For this reason, we must act in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Code of Conduct defines responsible and consistent principles for Orion employees. They guide our daily work in all our countries. By observing these principles, confirmed by the Company, we can convince our stakeholders that we are worthy of their trust.

Orion requires all employees to familiarize themselves with and follow the Orion Code of Conduct in their work. Orion policies and procedures complement the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is available in 18 languages.
