I work as a project manager in Fermion’s unit in Oulu. We manufacture a wide range of demanding active pharmaceutical ingredients, which naturally brings variety to the factory environment. Because it’s easy to change units within the company, I have also had the opportunity to work in Espoo and Hanko. I have advanced in my career and I’ve been given more and more responsibility.”
I joined Orion in 2018 as a development engineer. On the very first day, I had an in-depth discussion with my supervisor about the direction of my career and my development path in the company. I have a doctorate in pharmacy and I joined Orion in 2010 to carry out research in biopharmaceuticals, which is my area of specialism.
